About my "Buther"

Today I want to tell you about Benny. He is my little buther.
He is 8 months old now.
He has two sharp teeth.
His newest trick is picking up his own peas and kix cereal and bread to eat.
He laughs every time I make eye contact with him.
Last week he fell asleep eating a grahm cracker...

We had to make his crib mattress lower today,
because he has been trying to get over the bars.
I told my mom that we should switch beds.

Everyone we meet thinks my buther has red hair,
but Mom says he needs to grow a little more to be sure.
Right now, I call it Strawberry-Lellow.

I love my buther! He's getting big like me.

My Auntie Amber lives in New York.
I pretend to go there all the time.
She sent me new clothes last week-
This is my new favorite skirt.

I did not like Fireworks on the 4th of July.
They're noisy, I creid and told Benny to cry so that Mom and Dad would take us home.
It worked.
But I did like swinging with my Mom and riding my bike with a flag waving on the back!

Mary,
I love your skirt, you and your aunt Amber have great taste! I also love that you and your mom are doing the spider on the swings. We will have to try that with Owen some time soon. We usually just wait for a baby swing to come available, but your idea seems much better.

Hi Mary,
I love seeing your new pictures! You look very beautiful and all grown up. Is your buther wearing a suit coat? It looks very handsome. My mom is mean--she usually makes me go to church in shorts and a t-shirt without any shoes because my feet are too fat for most shoes. Maybe she should get me some church clothes so I can be adorable too. I wish I could come swing with you, and play with your toys. Maybe we can all go to Grandma's at Christmas and chase each other and Nia and Abbey. :) Lucas

PS- I love peas too! And blueberries!

Mary, you are so cute. I love hearing about you and your "buther." You are both getting so big. The picture of Ben falling asleep with the graham cracker is funny. I should try that sometime...

I hope we can play someday. Your Mom and my Mom should talk about being Primary chorister.

I love peas and blueberries too. We should have a picnic!

Love, Gracie
