Mary's 1st Piano Recital

Mary only officially started lessons two weeks before, but she was ready to perform.

She was the first student to play. She played "Sailing", a duet, with her teacher (and Primary President) Jenny Jones.

She may have a shy smile for the camera, but she was all confidence and played perfectly without a pause or second thought.

Valentine's Fun

Ben helped me make my valentine treat- a red velvet heart-shaped cake- for each of us, and for our new neighbors. Yummy!

Somehow... with the tablespoons of red food coloring he helped measure... Ben had a few red stains on the hands and tummy for a few days:)Here he is after scrubbing for a few minutes:

Mary loves to have her hair curled at the bottom, and she feels it looks best if we spray the curls, and then brush them out. Cutest girl on the block, I must say.

Even fancy in the tub!
